Help Desk Service
The company is committed to providing the highest level of support to all customers while helping to lower the total cost of ownership (TCO). The help desk service is provided by Infocan's skillful technical staff over the phone or e-mail. All problems are logged. The staff need to manage the in-coming problems for the end-user until problem resolution or escalate unresolved problems to designated support groups, including third-party vendors or process on demand technical support as required.
