	Master Trainer: Stella Choi Ms Stella Choi has over 20 years working experience in Human Resources Management and Management Consulting. She is accredited in using LEA 360 and experienced in assessment tools, such as Birkman assessment and DISC analysis, in executive coaching and leadership development processes. In the last 9 years, Stella consulted companies from diverse industries, namely IT, banking, pharmaceutical, chemicals, logistics, sourcing and so forth particularly in change management, career management, coaching, performance management, and competence-based development etc. Prior to that, Stella was the Human Resources Director of reputable IT vendors in Hong Kong, the job made her familiar with the IT industry and its people characteristics.
