        1. IT System Intern<\/span><\/p>

        • Assist in providing in-house and off-site IT support<\/li>
        • Handle the cloning and setup of hardware and software for projects and the training centre<\/li>

          2. Technical & Development Intern<\/span><\/p>

          • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of training programs on assigned projects<\/li>
          • Conduct technology research and assist with creating and updating presentations, course materials, and training aids to be delivered to analysts, managers, and stakeholders<\/li>
          • Provide assistance to Trainer in delivering various kind of training for corporate clients<\/li>

            • Work with sales and marketing team to develop and implement the communication and content strategy for our social media channels<\/li>
            • Manage day-to-day social media activities and work cross-functionally with internal or external parties to develop articles, videos, EDM etc.<\/li>
            • Organize and assist in event, seminar, workshop including but not limited to: souvenir saucing, floor plan & rundown design, venue set-up<\/li>

              4. Event Operation & Production Intern<\/span><\/p>

              • Assist the team with planning and execution of events, depending on the project team the intern is assigned to.<\/li>

              • Work collaboratively with the team to complete tasks, communicate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.<\/li>
              • Conduct research and analyse event data to provide insights into event success and areas for improvement.<\/li>

                          \n\t\t\t\t\t\tThe experience in Infocan has deepen my understanding about information technology industry. I tried to apply what I learn from Infocan training class on problems in reality, such as Excel VBA and Power Automate, however applying theoretical knowledge to practice is not an easy task, I have encountered various usage problems in the process. Infocan provided guidance and encouraged me to discuss with other interns, learn from each other, and eventually solve the problem.                           \nIt has been two years since I first did an internship in our company to now to be a part-time employee.\n

                          \nThe company has given me many opportunities to try different jobs, so that I can learn different knowledge, such as cloning a computer, troubleshooting, installing servers, and even some skills related to the \"Network\", but also let me know \"Study\" and \"Work\" are completely different. The words and knowledge in school are all useless if we don\u2019t use them in the right place. The question is how we learn to apply and practice the learned knowledge. When working, such as installing and setting up a server, I can understand what \"practical knowledge\" is and turn the knowledge into experience.\n

                          \nThe colleagues in the company are very enthusiastic and take good care of me! If there is anything I don't understand, they will be happy to answer me, and I can get to know many friends here, so the harmonious atmosphere here makes me feel very happy at work!\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

                          \n\t\t\t\t\t\tWhen I was working in Infocan, I had the opportunities to practise a great diversity of tasks, including software updating, customer service and also equipment checking. This valuable experience gives me a chance to enrich my industrial knowledge and gave me a taste on working in a real working environment.                           \n\t\t\t\t\t\tI am pleased that I can work as an intern at Infocan. Although this company field is not my study field, I learned some soft skills during the internship for future applications.

                          \nAt the beginning of this internship, the company taught us the proper language skills for facing colleagues and superior. Also, the company taught us about Microsoft Office 365, such as Teams, Yammer, Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate. Some learned software may not be used in my field, but I can equip myself for my future career. If my future company needs to use those software, I can help them and tell them what it is.\n

                          \nApart from IT training, I am assigned to work at their client\u2019s office. I am happy that I have the opportunity to work there. I learned the daily work of a IT department, such as account management and the procedures of solving IT-related tasks. Knowing account creation involves many steps and very complicated. \n

                          \nThis internship included a project involving eight people. I can experience working at a team in the actual society. The feeling is different from a school project that communication and relationship between colleagues have to be handled carefully since the teammates are assigned.\n

                          \nMoreover, I experienced work from home in this internship for the first time. There are so many online meetings we needed to join. Knowing self-discipline is very important for work from home since no one supervises your work.\n
