Purpose:
To maintain a clean, comfortable, and healthy environment for our employees, visitors, and customers, Infocan has implemented the following standard health and hygiene measures at our training centre and meeting rooms. These measures form part of our everyday operations and reflect our commitment to general well being and good hygiene practices.
Standard Hygiene Measures
- Eating is not permitted in the open areas of the premises of our training centre to help maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Hand sanitisation stations containing a minimum of 62% alcohol content are provided throughout the training centre and are readily accessible for general use.
- Our training centre and meeting rooms are cleaned and disinfected daily, with additional cleaning carried out as needed to ensure a pleasant and hygienic environment.
- Visitors attending training classes or examinations who are feeling unwell are kindly encouraged to consider rescheduling their visit where possible, in consideration of the comfort and well being of others.
- If rescheduling is not feasible, visitors are welcome to inform our staff so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
- Infocan displays reminders and signage to encourage good personal hygiene practices, such as hand hygiene and general cleanliness.
Additional Measures
- Infocan maintains procedures for enhanced cleaning where necessary to ensure our facilities remain safe and hygienic.
- Where appropriate, basic hygiene supplies or personal protective items may be made available to visitors during their visit.
- To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, Infocan reserves the right to manage access to the premises if these health and hygiene measures are not observed.
Ongoing Review
These health and hygiene measures are implemented on a continuous basis and are reviewed periodically to align with Hong Kong Government guidance and industry good practices.
