If the confirmation is signed back less than 14 working days before the start of class, we may not be able to arrange the courseware in time. We may charge a $50 courseware delivery administration fee per attendee. This charge may also apply to additional attendees added with less than 3 working days notice.
Please allow maximum of 3 weeks for vendor official courseware delivery for system courses.
No course cancellation will be allowed. Course rescheduling will only be entertained with at least 14 working days advance written notice. Otherwise, 50% of course fee will be charged as penalty. Refund is at INFOCAN’s discretion.
INFOCAN reserves all rights to change in venue, time and agenda if this proves necessary. Prior notification will be made to participants.
INFOCAN reserves the right to cancel a course at full refund of the respective undelivered portion of the course.
Payment Methods – (1) By Cheque: Payable to “INFOCAN TRAINING LIMITED” and mail to “8/F, Yen Sheng Centre 64 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon”. (2) By Cash: Full payment by cash is accepted at the above center from 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday & 9:00am – 1:00pm on Saturday. (3) Bank-in/ATM: Payable to Hang Seng Bank A/C No. 383-450178-883 “INFOCAN TRAINING LIMITED”. Please fax your bank-in slip to 2882-2707 and indicate with booking reference number for accounting purpose.
In case of black rainstorm warning, typhoon signal No.8 or above hoisted but cancelled before 7:30 am / 12:00 noon / 4:30 pm, classes will be resumed at 9:30 am / 2:00 pm / 6:30 pm respectively; otherwise, classes will be cancelled and re-scheduled.
