Our full-time and part-time Internship Programme for undergraduate students offers you an opportunity to expand your skills and explore your interests. A certificate will be issued to those who have successfully completed the programme.

Job Openings: 

1. IT System Intern

  • Assist in providing in-house and off-site IT support
  • Handle the cloning and setup of hardware and software for projects and the training centre
  • Involvement in project tasks throughout the project cycle, from implementation through to the close out, and the development of documentation for the specified projects
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required and other duties as assigned

2. Technical & Development Intern

  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of training programs on assigned projects
  • Conduct technology research and assist with creating and updating presentations, course materials, and training aids to be delivered to analysts, managers, and stakeholders
  • Provide assistance to Trainer in delivering various kind of training for corporate clients
  • Proofread technical materials for training programs
  • Work closely with training team to ensure excellent preparation and execution of training programs
  • Support training operation administrative duties
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

3. Marketing & Community Intern

  • Work with sales and marketing team to develop and implement the communication and content strategy for our social media channels
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities and work cross-functionally with internal or external parties to develop articles, videos, EDM etc.
  • Organize and assist in event, seminar, workshop including but not limited to: souvenir saucing, floor plan & rundown design, venue set-up
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the activities’ smooth operation
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

4. Event Operation & Production Intern

  • Assist the team with planning and execution of events, depending on the project team the intern is assigned to.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the creativity, impact, and success of events.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to complete tasks, communicate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
  • Conduct research and analyse event data to provide insights into event success and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for the team, such as organizing and maintaining event materials, equipment, and inventory.
  • Support the team in managing timelines and budgets for assigned projects.
  • Attend team meetings and other relevant events as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

5. Sales & Operation Intern

  • Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform sales approaches and operational improvements.
  • Help maintain and update customer databases and assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Support daily operational and various admin tasks in training center, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, preparing documents, receptionist duties, exam proctoring etc.
  • Participate in internal streamlining projects, apply new technology to current workflow, enhance efficiency.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

6. Human Resources and People Development Intern

  • Gathering payroll data like working hours, leave and bank accounts
  • Post, update and remove job postings from recruitment platforms, career pages, and social networks
  • Screen resumes and application forms, and schedule interviews with candidates
  • Participate in organising company events and career days

1. Systems Engineer Trainee (Graduate Job)

  • Assist technical projects to setup, administrate and support servers and other relevant communication systems
  • Deliver technical support for internal and client projects
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshooting on server and software application matters
  • Involvement in project tasks throughout the project cycle, from implementation through to close out, and the development of documentation for the specified projects

2. Business Development Trainee

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Follow up on business leads and prepare relevant paperwork for each lead
  • Implement sales activities and presentations based on clients’ needs and requests
  • Work closely with relevant parties on the development of marketing material and content
  • Assist in organising and participating in marketing events with and for business partners
  • Attend IT-related meetings, events and seminars regularly
  • Conduct relevant market research as assigned
  • Design, present and execute marketing strategies for products and services

2. Skills Transfer Trainee

  • Receive various training and perform IT services to build the professional base in the IT industry
  • Attend IT-related meetings, events and seminars to absorb the up-to-date information
  • Shadow the consultant and sales to meet with clients in order to understand client’s need
  • Assist in planning, organizing and coordinating the training projects
  • Design and develop learning materials for training programmes
